Anne Bentley Waddoups, M.A., a former Connected Beginnings Fellow, current Connected Beginnings Mind in the Making© facilitator at Horizons for Homeless Children in Dorchester, and Ph.D. student at the Eliot-Pearson Department of Child Development at Tufts University was recently chosen as a Leader for the 21st Century, ZERO TO THREE’s prestigious Fellowship Program.
