2016 Fourth Annual MA CSEFEL Pyramid Model Partnership Summit

This year’s summit will highlight how Massachusetts has expanded the CSEFEL (Collaborative for Social Emotional Foundations for Early Learning) Pyramid Model to new audiences.  The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education is using the Pyramid model in Preschool Special Education programs for their required State Systemic Improvement Plans, and Early Intervention is beginning that process with the PIWI, Parents Interacting with Infants.  We will discuss our plans to support a common community wide approach for promoting young children’s social and emotional competence and for preventing and addressing challenging behavior.
