You’re Invited: Third Annual Conference Inspired by the Hawkins Education Philosophy

May 17, 2017 By C Wakely

Join us on Saturday, October 28, 2017 for Wheelock College’s annual conference of hands-on experiences, inspired by the education philosophy of David and Frances Hawkins, offering enriching professional development to educators from schools at all age levels, museums, and family child care providers.

This conference provides an opportunity to practice many ways to nurture curiosity and wonder in ourselves and our students. It features hands-on activity stations where you can experiment with provocations and recycled materials and informally engage with Wheelock faculty from science, math, art, and education as well as colleagues from area museums and education groups.

For more information, and to register, please visit the event page: http://www.wheelock.edu/curiosityconference.
