Pyramid Model Train-the-Coach is a two-day, 12-hour training in the unique Pyramid Model Coaching for professionals who have already participated in Pyramid Model Train-the-Trainer. This training provides advanced training in the CSEFEL Pyramid Model and practices with an emphasis on the skills necessary to provide technical assistance and/or training to early childhood staff in settings committed to implementing the Pyramid Model program-wide. Participants are trained in the unique aspects of the Pyramid Model approach to Coaching including the collaborative process, competency-building skills, providing effective feedback, and using the Pyramid Model data-collection instruments.
