New Mind in the Making™ Evaluation Brief Released

March 2, 2010 By

Between May and November 2009, a cohort of 35 early education and care staff members of Horizons for Homeless Children, a non-profit organization in Boston, participated in Mind in the Making Learning Modules for Early Childhood Teachers™ (MITM). Connected Beginnings Training Institute conducted an evaluation of this implementation of MITM. We are pleased to announce the release of an Evaluation Brief for this cohort. In the Brief, you will find evaluation results related to changes in participants’ perceived knowledge of and beliefs about how children learn and develop and their confidence in supporting children’s learning and development. You will also find information regarding participants’ views of MITM including how useful they found MITM and how satisfied they were various aspects of their experiences with the modules.
