Job Opportunity: Family Service of Greater Boston Seeking Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist

Family Service of Greater Boston (FSGB) is seeking a master’s level early childhood developmental specialist to provide site based clinical and training support at a key collaborating early education center, as well as FSGB’s residential parenting program. Responsibilities include assessments, counseling for children and families, classroom observations, development of behavior management plans, training and consultation for early education center and parent residential staff, as well as facilitating parenting education and skill building workshops for parents/caregivers. This is an exciting opportunity to work with two dynamic agencies dedicated to healthy child development. Applicants must have a master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or a closely related field and two years of experience in providing early childhood mental health services. Bilingual (Spanish) salary differential available. Excellent work environment and supervision.

FSGB offers a competitive benefit package, including: 20 vacations days after first year, medical & dental, fully paid sabbatical leave after 7 years, salary differential for 2nd language, excellent supervision and training.
